Monday November 01, 2004 Second Sun Global Resolution (SGR) class down...thanks everyone!
As a newly certified SGR program leader, last week I taught my second Sun Global Resolution (SGR) workshop in Santa Clara. It was just as tough as the first class in terms of the amount of time it took to prepare for the class but it seemed to flow better in terms of being able to teach about Situation Appraisal / Problem Analysis / Potential Problem Analysis and Decision Analysis and the value of questioning as a key aspect of each of these processes. I guess it's true...things can only get better! I'm looking forward to my next teach!Thanks to the following individuals from Sun for taking time of of their busy schedules to attend this four day workshop, for keeping this workshop challenging and for keeping me on my toes during my second SGR teach (last names have been excluded to protect the innocent!):
