What to buy with a $100 Apple credit? Answered!
So, got the iPhone. Got my $100 credit. I used it towards the purchase of a Kensington Bluetooth mouse (which is fantastic if boring) and the new Apple Bluetooth keyboard which arrived today.....
Say what you will about Apple, Apple zealots, Steve Jobs, etc. They are one of the finest industrial design companies on the planet. I am constantly amazed by their design philosophy and wish more tech companies had a clue about elegant product design. Design what you want it to be and use that design to drive engineering.

I have been using the keyboard all day today and it rocks! Don't really miss the number pad as I really like using a separate calculator anyway. If you have a $100 iPhone credit and are thinking about getting this, don't wait. Go. Do.
Yeah! I had been waiting for the keyboard. I am also looking for a mouse, but I'm considering something like http://crave.cnet.com/8301-1_105-9776021-1.html.

The Apple keyboard is beautiful though not unique. It is so inspired that it makes you want to use it. As for those tech companies that don't get design - compare the SUN (pno. 320-1366-02) rebadge keyboard with the Apple. If the SUN is a surfboard then the Apple is a credit card. The SUN keyboard should come with a step ladder to assist typing. It (the SUN steam powered keyboard) looks like a traditional ICL rip off from the early 80s yet its still being sold....
