Adventures in ESB

Welcome to Adventures in ESB!
I created this blog to capture and share some of the experiences I encounter in real world situations where companies are struggling to solve their IT problems by leveraging ESB and SOA technologies. I am part of the software infrastructure group here at Sun. Specifically the SOA/Business Integration engineering team. My group is responsible for the Java CAPS ( http://www.sun.com/javacaps ) product line and the Open ESB ( http://www.open-esb.org ) project.
Part of my job is to interface with our user community. That includes existing customers currently using our products, potential customers looking at our products, and people who are trying to use our Open Source ESB to solve the same types of problems as our customers. When I do, I sometimes get interesting stories about the kinds of problems people try to solve with these technologies. These are the types of stories I want to share. I hope you find them interesting and helpful in addressing your own IT challenges.

hi michael,
i am really waiting for such stories. i hope you get some gems to show off ;-)
do you know some customers using eXchange right now? i would love to hear from those customers as i am right now in the process of "researching" if eXchange would fit our needs.
