managing database environments:
- Solaris administration.
- ZFS.
- Containers and Zones.
- Dtrace.
- Application Servers - knowledge of Oracle, Apache, JBoss, LightHTTP, connection pooling, etc.
- Monitoring skills - OEM, Enterprise Monitor, Nagios, Cacti, etc.
- Ability to support developers - PHP, Java, .NET.
- Networking skills.
- Storage.
