Branching for OOo 3.1

There is a new master workspace (MWS) called OOO310. OOO310 is our branch for stabilizing towards the upcoming OpenOffice.org 3.1 release. Only childworkspaces accepted for OOo 3.1 may get integrated into it. No new features, no UI changes, only bug fixes. A first milestone is scheduled soon. Well know DEV300 representing svn trunk is now open again for ongoing development.

Technically the new code line is a branch, based on trunk as of DEV300 m40. BTW, it's our first release branch in subversion. You may find it at
