New branch for OOo 3.2: OOO320

With entering the timeline for the new feature release OOo 3.2, a new master workspace (MWS) was created: OOO320. It was branched off from DEV300 m60 to stabilize the new milestones towards 3.2. The first milestone is scheduled soon.

The combined freeze on September, 21st, means that now only selected fixes will get into OOO320. This will be done on the releases@ooo mailing list or in the Release Status Meeting.

In SVN the OOO320 branch can be found here:
svn://svn.services.openoffice.org/ooo/branches

DEV300 can now be used for developing new things that could be seen in OOo 3.3.
