Tabor Research reflects on ISC
Tabor Research at Tabor Research reflects on announcements made at the recent ISC conference in Dresden:
"There has been growth throughout the industry, of course, but beyond that, the democratization resulting from the cluster revolution has expanded the field of vendors that might have something worthwhile to say. We’re hearing not only about servers and supercomputers, but also CPUs, interconnects, accelerators, file systems, operating systems, and several varietals of middleware. And even if a given vendor is not offering any new product, installation, distribution, or partnership this week, it will at least have a comment on the newest Top500 list." Full Story
