When preparing for my first steps to the trainings in the facilitation Session.
There is an item to identify my profile, for better know to my mentor and the trainers.

After the quiz,I got the result of my profile, seems not so bad, but I still feel not so exact:ISTJ.
Take it as a rough estimation.

We can learn as this

Things happened on last Thur. I  kept the cahier and was really impressed by the 'fresh' way (to me).
It's  my first stage to learn and to know things around me and related with me,as much as possible.
Thanks my manager and colleague who raised questions and made them solved, such that.
The meeting takes a session with casestudy  which was the first try in the staff meeting,

Serena listed some cases she/he met in the project management process and let all the others give comments and guess as every role of the workflow.
The content were not so fresh, while every one gave his/her comments and opinion to the case. from PM,TPM, LL,LR,TR.....etc. As every role in the chain will effect others if some thing happened somewhere.
I call it management chain relationship. In Globalization processing, cooperations and communications among diff roles play great role in all the procedures. Any misunderstanding or delay or missing in conveying of infos will result in unexpected reflections somewhat.
So far, we mainly chose mails to deliver our infos, projects. Con-call Meetings also play well, Face to face is somewhat impossible many times. It's definitely mails and con-call meetings are main choices in all of our projects.
Problems and issues happened when we do not use proper words at proper time to convey our meanings.
What I should learn is to make better mail communications with service suppliers and better meaning convey for the base teams. Writing is a kind of art. need experience and practice. So far, Mine is not so satisfied even by myself.

The other thing I got is, as most of the team is TPM, and every one did self-analysis based on the cases. Yes, Program manager plays great role in all the process. many critical infos come from TPM.they did not pass the buck to other role but toe the mark. It's the uppermost sense for a project manager. I think.

Summer comes, not so bright

This summer in Beijing seems not so bright as usual.unlike a northern city. So many rains and clouds around recently.
Needs sunshine to clear the depressive cloud not only in the sky but also in heart.
Too many ones complain about the terrible weather recently.So many days I just can see cloudy and something haze when looking outside the big window in front.

Hope it will be bright in a few days.We need sunshine to dispel the overcast rainy, but not so muggy, Pls.
