The way to my role

I am making me the role with the help of them all around.

Yes,With very positive and active mode, I am on my way to be the role. with the fading-out of the feeling at the first moment I started, Some changes gradually happen to me within or without my expectations.

I thought there will difference and changes from Intern. In fact, there is. but not  horrible at all. I know I am making the change gradually.So lucky to have so harmonious surroundings that help me grow with a positive way. It's not flattering or any other smooth things..It is great here. Just verified and got similiar comments from Julia who had been in other company before.So I am convinced.

Besides the environment,people here are helpful and passionate.they teach me to every corner.
I can find solutions or suggestions from everyone of them. my fellow, mentors,Sunvisor,manager,manager's manager.....It's what I expected for both work and learning.
You will feel surefooted if there is someone keep an eye on you for your developement. but not your rights and wrongs.who is the one will help u any time u stuck. to me,they are my manager and manager's manager...I do feel surefooted.

Nearly two months passes, I got the hints,Yes, I can blablabla whatever I feel unsure and whatever I need to know.....Then I had the clues from the very one to untie the tough.
There will be more and more clues like these in the future here,it's just the start.Only the prologue.

I Got it

Great News for me as a new hire here to learn more about Sun, about people in Sun and about myself.
I got the mail notification last Thursday .

I feel so great to be in the list. We have 23 in the Recent New Hire list.It's not only my own application.It had my manager's recommendations and encouragement.Yes, Appreciations to her.
The next step is to make the choice of mentors, I am working on it,with my manager's help and suggestions.
It will definitely be a excellent chance to contact people far away from me who will be an extremely great one for me.
I know I can learn from him or her in the following one year. Surely,I will do my best to make it a harmonious relationship.

Again, appreciations of the ones who help me make the application and who selected me as the candidate.
