I Got it
Great News for me as a new hire here to learn more about Sun, about people in Sun and about myself.
I got the mail notification last Thursday .
I feel so great to be in the list. We have 23 in the Recent New Hire list.It's not only my own application.It had my manager's recommendations and encouragement.Yes, Appreciations to her.
The next step is to make the choice of mentors, I am working on it,with my manager's help and suggestions.
It will definitely be a excellent chance to contact people far away from me who will be an extremely great one for me.
I know I can learn from him or her in the following one year. Surely,I will do my best to make it a harmonious relationship.
Again, appreciations of the ones who help me make the application and who selected me as the candidate.

You are so good. I have attended an interview in Feb . 5 months has passed from that day on. I still got nothing from SUN, even the Reject Letter or "Thank you" letter. After the interview , I have sent two email to the manager who interview me, but no replies.
is it a good recruitment process of a company?
