Know your Myers-Briggs type

When preparing for my first steps to the trainings in the facilitation Session.
There is an item to identify my profile, for better know to my mentor and the trainers.
It's a creditable site, I think, you can try yours here.
After the quiz,I got the result of my profile, seems not so bad, but I still feel not so exact:ISTJ.
Take it as a rough estimation.
Introvert, Sensor, Thinker, Judger (ISTJ)
ISTJs represent between 11 and 14% of the U.S. population
Meticulous
and thorough, ISTJs are known for their exceptional ability to notice
and remember details and facts with extreme accuracy. With ISTJs, their
word is their bond and they are often described as serious, focused,
down-to-earth and supremely reliable people who offer a consistently
realistic and practical perspective. Characteristically quiet and
hardworking, ISTJs have great practical judgment and can cite accurate
evidence to support their views and apply their past experience to
their present decisions. ISTJs typically communicate in a style that is
clear, direct, and businesslike. They highly value common sense and
knowledge from first-hand experience, and find comfort in their daily
routine and familiar ways of doing things.
ISTJs Tend To Be:

• Precise, accurate & meticulous; great memory for details
• Task oriented with great powers of concentration
• Strong executers; organized, practical, & efficient
• Highly responsible with an exceptionally strong work ethic
• Adept at establishing & following procedures
• Dependable; serious about commitments & deadlines

Career Satisfiers
All people are most satisfied and successful when using their
natural talents in an environment that is consistent with their
personality preferences and values. Research shows that ISTJs are most
satisfied by jobs that provide the following:

• Explicit expectations, objectives, & deadlines that do not often change
• Autonomy to use time & resources efficiently to reach set goals
• Plenty of time & space to work alone & concentrate on one task at a time without surprises or interruptions
• Feedback & evaluations that are logical, explicit, & focused on objective standards\
• Procedures & standard systems that are effective & widely followed

Why? Might as well recommend that people make sure that they read their horoscope.
