Let the Sunshine In: Software support engineer in Tokyo

I was on midnight Singapore Air flight last week. Every seat has personal entertainment system equipped called 'KrisWorld' in which one can edit StarOffice v.8 document and save it to your own USB stick.

I was watching a movie and it apparently hung while I was asleep. My wife's screen was hung as well. My kid's screen suddenly rebooted and it also hung. Last line says:

Freeing unused kernel memory: 164k freed

I'm not the first Sunny who witnessed this.
