Solaris9 Containers support in Solaris Cluster 3.2
The Solaris9 container support for Solaris Cluster 3.2 has been completed with the release of patch 126020-02. With this all the 3 types of branded zones - Linux, Solaris8 and Solaris9 are supported on Solaris Cluster!
Note that support for the solaris9 brand type came in with Patch 126020-03 - to which you fortunately link, although it says -02 in the text :)
