BBC, Sun.com, and World Usability Day
Hey, we got a mention in a BBC News article about World Usability Day. A very interesting article all around and worth a read.
Oh, actually, my title isn't quite
right (Ben Hansen is in fact our Head of Usability... I head our
overall Web Experience Design effort)... and, beyond usability we
also do a lot of the "experience design" stuff mentioned elsewhere in
the article. But who's counting when one's name is in print?
