Is there some particular reason to use the terminology "labels" for that which the rest of the world (including us, elsewhere) calls "tags"? It's just confusing for the user to have to think for a second what the heck we mean by that.

No good reason, other than the vendor's word choice for describing this capability. Since we use "tags" and "tagging" on other Sun community venues (blogs, forums), we should be consistent here. I'll tee this up for discussion with the wikis team. Thanks for the comment!
