Snow and Moonlight

I wish my camera could capture the resplendence of the full moon on the knee-deep snow here in Colorado.

My dog and I just enjoyed a beautiful 45-minute cross-country moonlight ski trek around the neighborhood.  Joke as you will about our two blizzards in the last week; they left us a nice silver lining.

I bet it was beautiful. While flying from Montreal to San Francisco tonight I happened to glance out the window over the high plains. It was stunning -- everything in sight illuminated by the brightness of the full moon. I've never seen anything quite like it.

Yeah pictures can't really capture the true beauty of Colorado... I'm repeatedly disappointed.
