Sun.com Customer Experience and Stuff: Notes from the Sun.com customer experience team.

The Design Comics are just great, thank you for putting them out there for us! We are just starting to use it in early scenario descriptions for mobile services and customer service concepts. One extension that would be really helpful for us is showing the characters using mobile phones/smartphones, both for conversations and for texting/web surfing. A lot of the customer service concepts now are cross-media, and are used from PCs, mobiles and via regular fixed line phones. It would be nice to be able to illustrate cross-media user experiences. The current phone conversations Design Comics has both characters in a conversation in the same picture, but with many great characters to choose from (which you have now), it might be easier to show just one side of the conversation and combine later. Easier to maintain, as well, I would think. Again, thank you so much for this great work!

Yep. We're going to bundle up JPEGs as soon as we have a final set of images.
