It's easy to fly out of bed for a 6 am conference call....

...just get your little white dog to PUKE all over the bed at 5:25 am!!!!

Poor pupkins!

She's feeling better now, resting on the red leather chair.  She relocated over to this piece of furniture after she hurled all over the couch, which followed the bed incident...

THANK YOU: My Laptop is Healed!

This blogging thing is fun.  I am thankful for the anonymous advice that suggested I check the wireless button to ensure it is on.....and, yup, I'm embarrassed, but thankful, to find that it was off.  Now no need for repairs, and I can remove the tripping hazard.

It's sometimes hard being a non-techie in a techie world, and at a techie company.  But look at all this wonderful help I get!  THANK YOU!!!!!

My laptoop is Ill ! :(

Something happened between Puerto Rico and home last week that messed with my modem.  My laptop isn't capable of "detecting wireless network connection".  I tried to get on line at the Atlanta airport and things didn't work, same thing at home.  I'm playing phone tag with our "geek for hire" as he calls himself.

Mountain House would not pass an OSHA safety audit right now.  My work around involves a 100 ft cat 5 cable strung between my work area and Mountain Hubby's office with the router.  So far no incidents resulting in my laptop being yanked on the floor as I trip over the cable.

A gorgeous rainy day up here, the hummers have been very active all day, feeding in the cool wet temperatures.  It always adds so much to my day to enjoy this while I'm on con call after con call.  I've already exhausted one cordless phone battery today....
