Ok, day 2.... I was hoping to upload a picture today, but I think I need to spend some more time with a tutorial. I founds out how to upload one, but can't figure out how to get it on my page. It sure seems like it should be easier than this - but I'm sure it's just a matter of learning.

Yup, the weather people were really off the mark. Today has come, and mostly gone, with only a skiff of snow. That makes many people happy, including the dogs, but heck, I want some fresh stuff for skiing! Still planning on heading up to Summit County tomorrow for some final turns. The pooches are all ready for Sping and Summer. This winter was hard on them - way too much snow, far too much to play in unless the plow guy just did his job.

Working from home is a blessing - I would have been really stressed trying to get into the campus. The road drifted shut about 25% of the time, requiring snowshoeing or skiing out to a vehicle conveniently (?) left out on the main county road. It was much more productive to stay in and get stuff done. So, maybe spring has really sprung in the mountains. I'll let you all know when the hummingbirds return in mass for breeding, and eating more sugar-water than seems possible. Expecting them to arrive from Mexico sometime in early May. Yipee!
