I really enjoyed the interview with Ian Utting, Sr. Lecturer at University of Kent. He had such great things to say on how to get started. Did you know he was one of the founding members on the BlueJ development team? Very cool stuff to learn there, especially if you're new to Java and trying to figure out what's the best way to get started.
My personal favorite is the interview with Sang Shin, Java Technology Architect and Evangelist. He certainly has a passion for Java technology, and it shows. Sang not only has great insight on how to teach Java, but he also has great recommendations on how to get your first job - what employers are looking for and how to build up your credentials with experience and certification
