Community Tech Tip: Bootable DVD or CD for Solaris 10 OS on x86 Platforms

A sys admin from the BigAdmin community posted this tech tip on our wiki. Here is one way to create a bootable DVD or CD for the Solaris 10 OS on x86 platforms, which you can then use for system recovery and bare-metal rebuilds.

Driver/Device List Updated for Solaris 10 10/09 Release

Device drivers for the Solaris 10 10/09 update are now included in the BigAdmin Device Driver list, along with third-party devices that run on the Solaris 10 10/09 OS.

Compatibility Between Solaris Releases Is Guaranteed
