Using Host Watchdog Monitoring on Sun SPARC Enterprise Mx000 Servers
In this tech tip, a Sun engineer describes how to enable host watchdog monitoring on Sun SPARC Enterprise Mx000 servers. This feature is also called Alive Check/Monitoring, and it allows the eXtended System Control Facility (XSCF) software on the system controller to detect problems and recover when a domain hangs in the Solaris OS.

Updated: x86 Installation Check Tool for Solaris 10 OS
This tool detects whether your x86 system is able to run the Solaris 10 OS. Version 1.6 loads the Solaris 10 5/09 kernel, and the driver database has been updated with new Solaris device drivers.
