Conserving Energy With Sun Netra Servers and Full Free Air Cooling

This Sun BluePrints article describes how Sun Netra servers were used in a proof-of-concept environment without traditional mechanical cooling systems. In this collaborative effort, Sun and Belgacom engineers demonstrated how to effectively and efficiently cool carrier-grade servers using only ambient air.
