The Impact of Sun Certification on Team Performance

Did you know that  having 50% of a development team Sun certified in Java can improve performance in application development by more than 40% over teams with no certified team members? A Sun-sponsored global study conducted by IDC showed that Sun certification can have a significant impact on the performance of Application Developers.
