Sun Storage J4400 Array as Disk Storage With ZRM for MySQL
Thomas Hanvey of Sun and Paddy Sreenivasan of Zmanda demonstrate how to configure and deploy Zmanda Recovery Manager for MySQL, using the Sun Storage J4400 array for disk storage.
The article also explains how to configure a zpool and the ZFS file system on the Solaris 10 OS. In this scenario, ZRM is running on a Sun Fire X4200 M2 server with the Solaris 10 8/07 OS.
