What does one do when he's got the day off, his daughters spend the day sewing with their grandma, and it rains from dawn till dusk?  Spend the day updating (and learning) the Sun Ray Wiki hosted on the Sun Ray Users website!

If you care about Sun Ray, consider participating in the Wiki as well as joining the mailing list.  Both are great community driven resources for Sun Ray.

Comments:

Isn't the first page a little lame? Wouldn't it be better to have several links like: 1) About Sun Ray (General Product Info). 2) The Sun Ray Community (List of mailing lists & blogs et al). 3) Sun Ray How To's. 4) Sun Ray Support (i.e Use the community or Sun support). I'm happy to make the change but wouldn't want to make such a bold architectural change without discussion first. In that case where should this be discussed? On the alias or somewhere else?

I'm sure the alias is a fine place to discuss, but to seek permission is to seek denial. Go for it, that's what makes Wikis work.

I for one would like to see it more like the Wikipedia main page, just have not got around to it yet.

Okay.. I had my first crack at it. Can't seem to update the navigation panel though?

hi Rob, you may change everything you want in the wiki - if you feel you want to discuss something regarding the wiki - fell free to use the mailing list alias. i have installed a new wiki that uses 1.9.2 (mediawiki) and a postgresql backend - this will replace the old one in the coming days. you may test it here (this url is for test purposes only - the official link to the wiki will not change). cheers
