Actual: 3:42, 3:47, 3:42, 3:47, 3:37 - pleased with this, 2nd and 4th 1000m were uphill hence slower times
Tempo
Planned: 11k : 1.5 + 7 @ 4:21/km + 2.5
Actual:
11k : 1.5 + 7 @ 4:10/km + 2.5 - pleased with this too, think I might have a sub-40 10k in me based on this time
Long
Planned: 32k @ 5:14/km
Actual:
Missed this session due to family commitments and I'm feeling very guilty about it, will have to work harder next week.
