This weeks runs.....
Interval
Planned: 4 x 800m @ 2:58, 2 mins recovery
Actual: 2:55, 3:08, 3:00, 3:06 - on vacation in Brittany, France, it was impossible to find 800m which was flat hence the times
Tempo
Planned: 11k : 1.5 + 8 @ 4:37/km + 1.5
Actual: 11k : 1.5 + 8 @ 4:34/km + 1.5 - slightly quicker than expected, even though I finished in the dark
Long
Planned: 24k @ 5:05/km
Actual: 24k @ 5:09/km - little bit slower than planned, but this is the furthest I have ever run and I struggled the last 2km
X-training
None - I was on holiday, thats my excuse and I'm sticking to it













Thanks for sharing your training schedule. I am training (hopefully) for the London or Antwerp marathon next year April. Always interesting to see fellow runners...

I find it helps to be open about your goals, if people know about them you're more likely to stick to them.
BTW, this FIRST training is excellent, its really hard work but I'd recommend it if you're looking for a training plan.
