Free Support for Java SE 1.4 and 5!!

Now that we have our award-winning tools (Java Studio Creator and Java Studio Enterprise) availabe for free, we decided to throw in some free Support as well! (Mary Christmas to you all! ;-))

We have rolled out the "pilot" of Sun's "per incident" support model and the cost for it is $0!! Yes, absolutely free developer support!!

What does it include?
In this phase of the pilot we are supporting Java SE 1.4.2 and 1.5 (with the exception of no Desktop/GUI APIs) AND Java Studio Creator 1 and 2. We will be adding support for Java Studio Enterprise 7/8 and Sun Studio 10/11 for Solaris soon, with EE following later on.

Is it always going to be free?
No, it is a limited-time offer.

Where do I get more information?
Please visit http://developers.sun.com/developer_help/ to find out more about it.
