To boot in 32 bit mode. Follow the procedure.
Edit '/boot/grub/menu.lst' ,add a 32-bit entry something like this :
#-------------------------------------------------------
title Solaris 32 Bit
kernel /platform/i86pc/kernel/unix
module /platform/i86pc/boot_archive
#-------------------------------------------------------
save the file and reboot. Now you should be getting the 32 bit option in boot menu. So what are you waiting for...press enter

I did this in Solaris Express Developer Edition only :)
