I've recently been playing with RapidWeaver. It's a very quick and easy way to create a website, without needing any technical knowledge whatsoever.
Very Mac.
I find it most useful when I need to get a website up and running very quickly, without me having to worry about the design, layout, etc, but do need it to look vaguely pretty.
