(which reminds me, I still have to put the Xserver dtrace probes into the X.Org git repository - though I guess they'll have to check for more than just $host_os eq "solaris" now in the autoconf script)

I fail to see how implementing DTrace in OS X is awesome. Now it will just be one less advantage Solaris has over OS X.
