OpenSolaris User Group for May 31st is set!

Hey folks, I know that a couple of you have left comments and I haven't been very active on my blog recentely, but rest assured that things are under way for the 2nd User Group meeting to take place on Tuesday, May 31st, at the Sun Santa Clara Auditorium (upstairs), where we were at last month, same time - 7:30pm-10:00pm.
We have Darren Moffat to speak on security, a major topic of interest these days, and some great security features where added in the release of Solaris 10, so this will be another one not to miss.
Some of you might already know about the Role Based Access Control which was added, and Darren Moffat will be talking about that, as well as hardening up Solaris from how it ships out of the box (or is that off of the web these days?;-).
As an additional feature, I've invited the X server group to come and show you folks a preview of Project Looking Glass. Yes, I know this has been shown before, but it hasn't been shown on Solaris on x86/x64 as there hasn't been OpenGL support in the past for it. So, buckle up, grab a hold of the wheel, and if you forget to bring your 3D glasses along, you won't need them anyway. The 3D driver will be there for you to view yourself. There's some power being added to Solaris in the way of video!
Thanks to all of you that showed up last month, please mark your calendars for Tuesday, May 31st, because this will be a great event to attend, and it's absolutely free. Who knows, you might get some nice SWAG handed out your way also, as we did last month! No guarantees but show up and you probably won't leave unhappy!
NOTE: I realize some of you have been asking for video of these meetings, and we're working on it. We were lucky to have Ben Rockwood with his video cam, but I've been having some problems getting the file from him. I'm still trying to work out having these meeting recorded by Sun, but that hasn't been finalized yet. Until then hang in there, we hope to make these available to you. Sun will also be working with folks to get other user groups setup, so please be patient while things get worked out. Feel free to contact me if you're insterested in setting up an OpenSolaris user group in your area.
