Tuesday November 28, 2006 Community Supported Software (nic-drivers) ITU image
I created an ITU image to be used at install, or installed to a system afterwards.
I will be updating this image in the next few days to include more drivers, but created the initial image with support for the Broadcom 10/100 Fast Ethernet, VIA RHINE 10/100 Fast Ethernet, and SiS900 10/100 Fast Ethernet, all of which were written by community member, Masayuki Murayama.
I will also be adding Garrett D'Amore's afe and mxfe drivers which have support for the ADMtek-Centaur 10/100 Fast Ethernet, and Macronix, those are incredibly popular chips and readily available.
You can get the CSSnic-driver ITU image in the file section of the OpenSolaris device drivers community.

This week is the SVOSUG meeting which was moved due to the holidays.We will be having a presentation on Power Management by David Brown and Randy Fishell.
