NetBeans 6.1 beta : fast + openoffice plugin

NetBeans 6.1 beta was released and by playing around with the bits, the performance seems to have quite improved. What had me pretty happy also is the availability from the Update Center of the OpenOffice.org plugin which wasn't previously available to 6.0 developers -
