Where are YOU?
This year's JavaOne theme was Java + You and I'm sure you all watched the general sessions especially the Neil Young walk on. If not be sure to check it out here.
Anyway, while the ubber theme of the conference was about how Java permeates our everyday lives no where is that more true than in the mobile sector. After all YOU can be ANYWHERE. Java enables you to access data and services that are relevant to you and the context in which you want to consume it. The Mobility General Session at JavaOne gives you a good sense of Java's presence in the mobile sector and it's impact on you as a consumer, developer or working stiff. In this session Jeet Kaul invites a few guests on stage to highlight the latests in mobile devices, applications and developer tool kits including the Sprint Samsung Instinct, Loopt and some of today's emerging mobile standards.
You can watch the sessions below or here.
