Reportedly, gangs of geeks, disguised in bifocals and armed with sharp pencils, are breaking into various properties and furiously inspect code, sometimes all night long. I'm speculating here, but it could be those Google dudes getting out of control... Stuff like this just makes me sick. And angry. Then sick again.

I wonder if they meant code reviews or code inspections.. (which are different processes, at least at Sun)

This sign, of course, has nothing to do with computer programming. It's about houses. Houses get inspected in accordance to various codes, such as Fire Code and Rental Code, codes that establish minimum standards for things like basic facilities, lighting, ventilation, heating, etc. I just thought it was funny how a computer geek could misread this :)
