GlassFish and JRuby @ Silicon Valley Web Developer JUG - Mar 18, 2008

Vivek will be talking on JRuby support in GlassFish in Silicon Valley Web Developer JUG on Mar 18. The coordinates are:

Here is the current status of JRuby/GlassFish:

GlassFish v3 gem is ver 0.1.1 and is already getting good endorsements.
JRuby module can be easily installed using GlassFish v2 Update Center. Screencast #web9 explains all the steps in detail on how to create a standalone and shared WARs that can be deployed on GlassFish.

Vivek leads the effort for different scripting languages in GlassFish so feel free to ask him any related question :)
