I love this subject. So here are my thoughts on this. I sometimes wonder why some best software engineers make design and interfaces very complex for an average user. May be, we feel proud sometimes by doing BIGO( POW(N,4) * 5 #### ... ) and presenting this to an user. The most complex job, i think, is making systems and user interfaces 'Simplistic'. IMO, This is one way to claim we are creative. Think outside the box and work inside the box.
