Thats true! As the processing power of computers (Niagara, Galaxy ...), network bandwidth & memory increases with time (Ofcourse, this will happen), then we can do more computing in lesser time, store more data & send/receive more information which implies we are getting closer in computing/connecting distance to a buddy in another part of the world! What this means to everyone? Answer: more opportunities! Yes, more opportunities! Expect more goods flowing across the world and more business transactions... And those companies can thrive in this global supply chain are the ones who manages thier supply chain efficiently across the globe with less inventory, JIT manufacturing, secured platform & faster shipments for the supply & demand.
