The BigAdmin wiki is now live. We've been wanting to do a wiki for a long time, so we're wicked excited about it. (I've been waiting decades for an opportunity to say that.) This wiki does not live on BigAdmin per se, but we've created links back and forth between the site and the wiki so the experience is as seamless as possible.

Here's what you can do on the wiki right now: Since we don't know how much overhead will be involved in monitoring the wiki, we're starting out by opening it up little at a time. This week, you can add content to the Interoperability page. Over the coming weeks, we'll open up more parts of the wiki.

Instructions are provided on the Home page of the BigAdmin wiki.

Hello,i have a question.
I could not find a supportsite to write my question about the Java jre6 X64 for Linux and possibly for other Operatingsystems.
I hope i may ask it here.
The Plugins for Firefox and other Mozilla based browsers, possibly also for internet Explorer are not implemented yet for the X64 version,i have seen that they only be available for the x86 versions of the jre versions.
Hopefully the plugins wil be implemented in the future updates of the jre 6 and higher.

Greetings

Please... where can I download a free version of Java Abstract Windows Toolkit( AWT) ???????

Avery,

I found these two sources:

To download the JDK, which contains the AWT (use the orange "Get the Source" button): http://openjdk.java.net/groups/awt/

More information about the AWT group in OpenJDK here: http://openjdk.java.net/groups/awt/

Is this what you were looking for?

The Java JRE 1.6 install does not set SSL 2 on by default.
Is there a way to set this on automatically during the install or have the install re-packaged to set this feature enabled?
