How can I download Firefox on a Windows box?

I recently received a Windows XP box (not a good thing, necessarily). I am used to Firefox. But then in order to download Firefox, I have to use IE. Darn! Can Firefox be downloaded without using IE, reasonably easily?

Try a command line ftp to ftp.mozilla.org and log in as anonymous. The latest Windows builds can be found in by cd'ing to /pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/1.5.0.7/win32 after which you need to change to the appropriate sub-directory for the language version that you want. HTH.
