Printers don't Come with USB Cables ...
I think it is important that one knows it. If not, you'll invariably have to make that one additional trip to a printer store near you.
I bought an Epson CX 3810 Printer for rountine printing tasks.
Since I have run into it way too many times, I read and reread the entire printer box to see if I needed additional cables etc. Nowhere did it say that printer needs an additional USB cable that was NOT packaged with that unit.
I know, I know. I am stupid to be unaware of the fact that USB printers don't come with any cables. But what the heck? Why shouldn't the hardware have clear instructions about the same?
OK. I have to run an errand and get the damn USB cable before I could print anything on this printer.
