your brain is very complex
you simply must see this:
famous optical illusion
This reminds me that on our recent vacation to see my family in Winthrop, Massachusetts, my family went crazy over this trick Greg taught me.
For righties: Cross your right knee over your left.
rotate your right ankle to circle your foot CLOCKWISE.
Now draw a big 6 in the air with your right hand.
Can you do it? Is your foot still circling clockwise? It isn't.

This illusion was created, I believe, by Akiyoshi Kitaoka, Department of Psychology, Ritsumeikan University, Kyoto, Japan. He has a phenomenal web site, full of this stuff.
