Social ITunes

I like this trend of add-ons to your Itunes to allow you to integrate outside/related content.

Two examples:

ILIKE
http://www.ilike.com/about

This attaches a sidebar to your ITunes display window. It shows you new music based on what you listen to and what your friends listen to.

SpotDJ
http://www.spotdj.com/

This lets you create 'dj spots' about musical artists or individual songs. You just run the SpotDJ app while running ITunes and it communicates with ITunes. If a song is playing that has a 'spot' in the SpotDJ database, you will hear the spot after the song and then the next song will begin to play. You can also record and upload spots you create from the simple interface.
