Starting RBridges
I've spent a good part of the day today updating the project pages for RBridges. Perhaps the hardest part of doing this is that I'm not a web designer by trade, and the subtle craft of making information accessible and intelligible to newcomers sometimes escapes me. How I wish we had professionals dedicated to doing this sort of thing full time!
On the positive side, though, I'll note that working on this seeming overhead has the good effect of making me think more about how to organize the project, how to decompose it so that others can contribute, and how to make more of the tasks independent from each other to reduce risk.
