09 Oct 2006 Caltrain Driver's View
While traveling on Caltrain, if you are on the first coach, you get the drivers-eye-view of the track through the front door window. I guess the actual driver sits in a closed compartment above. Train whistles past stations and under the over bridges, through the tunnels and finally in a jiffy the whole cityscape of San Francisco appears out of darkness!

Comments:

We have a train in London called the Docklands Light Railway which is run by a computer and has no driver at all! The kids love sitting at the front and pretending to be the driver. Adults too lol.
