The 9 th Forum International Open Source (Fisl9 in portuguese), in Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul Since its first edition in 2000, this forum has as main objective discuss and disseminate the use Free Software in the various segments of society. Following this direction, the WSL is proposed to provide a sample of work and research that have been developed by the academic and scientific community in this area.
