Coffee House, Bangalore
From the Deccan Herald website Every city has its own quaint little landmarks, which define a city. To me, from my college days, one such place has been "Coffee House" on MG Road, Bangalore. It became part of our lingo, "lets meet at Coffee House at 6" !! I still go to this place, for a coffee and cutlet atleast a couple of times every month. It is a place where you can watch the hectic life on MG road, from behind a huge glass window sipping your coffee. Of course, it is nowhere near other cafe's in terms on hygiene (dont use the restrooms !!) and variety, but it is a still a part of Bnagalore's history and the coffee is good old south indian coffee and the cutlets/sandwiches/dosas are good and affordable.
