After 6 years the time has come for me to say goodbye to Sun. It was not an easy decision to make, but I think my skills and knowledge will be utilized much better this way. I'm starting my own company called MetaPrime and will be doing consultation around Java/J2EE projects. Also I've started a (EJB3, Wicket and Glassfish based) community (let's hope 2.0) portal for my home town (Esztergom) called www.szeretgom.hu (it's an anagram of the city's name and also "szeret" means "love" in Hungarian). I'll probably have blog up and running there in a week or two (http://www.szeretgom.hu/blog is the url candidate).
So, that's it. See you later...

Best of luck to you in your new endeavor. Thanks for being such a great champion of Sun Ray products, you will be missed.

James, it's not that I don't like Sun. If I had a bit more courage I would have probably tried to relocate to another country and continued to work for Sun there. Unfortunately I'm not in the position to leave my country and my current position within Sun offered me no opportunities to develop myself. I hope this clears it a bit... :)

Good luck in your new adventure. Do let us know what works and what does not work in GlassFish et al. And if you mention GlassFish in your blogs, I'll pick them up and will highlight them in TheAquarium.
